In one instance, for a high growth Silicon Valley technology company, Nutanix, the company showcased its ability by running a series of A/B tests. In the first test, the CIO of the company put one-half of the newly hired employees into the Simpplr test group, and the other on the status quo. These employees were sent on a scavenger hunt to find all their new hire onboarding materials such as employee policy documents. They had to read those documents thoroughly and answer questions for competency in limited time. In the end, they were asked about their experience to calculate the NPS score. The test results reveal that the Simpplr’s users could find all their information twice as quickly as the other with the existing tools. Additionally, it was noted that the accuracy of what they were quizzed on and their satisfaction with the interface was considerably higher. Secondly, the company explained to the client how easy it is to create the content with its solution and doesn’t require dedicated or full-time content creators for building the content. Simpplr then asked the IT department's most crucial workers to participate in the A/B test, similar to the first test. They found that the accuracy and speed of Simpplr users were twice as high as the other group. Thereby, the company successfully implemented its solutions and brought satisfaction to the client’s leadership team.
